Chief Discussion Leader Biography
Richard Lombard is the Chief Discussion Leader, Thought Provoker and Worldview Explorer at WorldviewU, as well as its founder. He is an ongoing student and teacher of cultures and worldviews. One of his passions is teaching adults and students. Richard holds to the Christian worldview.
He graduated from Denison University in Granville, Ohio (USA) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Earth Science (a combination of geology and geography). He also received a Master of Environmental Science degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He has completed a series of graduate courses in religious studies.
Richard has worked in the information technology field in a variety of roles, including sales, marketing, technical support, project management, and auditing. He has conducted numerous computer software marketing presentations in cities across the United States and Canada. He held the Project Management Professional designation and was a Certified Information Systems Auditor. He also has been a member of Toastmasters International.
He has traveled to the Caribbean, Europe, and the Middle East.
Richard is a bird-watching enthusiast, a sometime snow skier and an avid tennis player who longs to return to his college playing form. He grew up in Columbus, Ohio, where he still resides and cheers on the Ohio State University Buckeyes.
